Barbacoa is not the "American BBQ over a Grill" in fact it is alot different. Many customers may confuse Barbacoa as a TexMex BBQ. You can search all over the internet for Barbacoa and it is quite difficult to find. The Ancient Mexican Culture or Native American Indian Culture is very similar to Hawaiian or Polynesian culture.

Barbacoa Beef for example....Is similar that of a Kalua Pig. Yep!!!! Kalua Pig. The only difference is that is from a Cow not a pig. The Barbacoa Beef requires Banana Leaves and a pit to slowly cook the meat.

Yes, we did our research and we are excited about our discovery but again this is a specialized preparation. We can prepare the "Mexican Barbacoa" but it will take more than 8 hours to cook but it's well worth it.

For those of you that are too hungry and impatient and you want the Tex Mex style dry rub BBQ style we can can easily cook that fast.

We suggest you call and tell us what you want and we'll quote you a price. Think of an Authentic Mexican Barbacoa is Similar to a Clam Bake. It will take mucho dinero because it cost many hours to cook. But we are here for our demanding customers. The traditional meats are Lamb, Pork, and Beef.
